…of such a miracle! more to come SOON!
A few short months ago I photographed Ali (You can see how gorgeous and glowing she was HERE) when she was pregnant with baby Carson, somehow… someway… Carson is here, and 3 MONTHS old already. I hate how time flies! But I absoutley LOVED meeting Mr. Carson for the first time! I will see you all in May! 🙂
Finally! Kristi and Dave are on the blog!
I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas, and the new year been fantastic so far! I am so very excited to post this blog. I knew I would select way too many, and I did, but hey, that’s a good thing! We absolutely loved spending the day with Aaron and Alana. First word that comes to mind to wrap up the entire day. Gorgeous. Seriously. Everything about it. Two hotties tying the knot 😉 with a beautiful little Alivia by their side. A fabulous wedding party, PERFECT wedding/reception site, etc. Not to mention their gorgeous personalities. I could go on! Even 25 weeks pregnant, I’d have to say I am pretty sure we ended my 2011 wedding season with a bang! Thanks YOU TWO!
Ceremony: Franklin Park Conservatory
Reception: The Grand Valley Dale Ballroom
The boys brought little Miss Alivia down the aisle in a sleigh… OH Em Gee!
And he totally lost it… I LOVE the emotion in this. love it.
Ok… Mother/Son dance. So I have never, EVER cried during a Mother/Son dance. Ever. But this one… I did. I sobbed actually. I’m suuuure it’s JUST the pregnany hormones talkin’ 😉 but it really hit home to me. I have never seen such a bond between and a Momma and her boy, at any of my weddings. Or ever for that matter. And I loved it. I can only hope and pray my Son and I have a bond like this. You can see it! He loves his Momma so much, and she… is so proud. Really… I will never forget this one!
Congratulations you two! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for “keepin’ it in the family!” haha 😉

Here it is! Here’s the scoop! Want Sarah Shambaugh Photo as YOUR wedding photog? All of those questions you have running through your head… Below are the answers you’ve been waiting for!
What type of equipment do you use?
Canon. Canon all the way baby! My assistant (you’ll meet her in just a few short paragraphs down!) shoots canon as well. My favorite lens is the 50mm 1.2. It is delightful! ahhh! My body? It’s fabulous too… (My camera body that is! ;)) 5d mark II. We both carry backup cameras, and lenses to each wedding as well as TONS of batteries. Ya, know JUST in case!
Travel
Do we travel? Why yes, yes we do! So far the farthest I have been for a wedding is South Carolina. However my bags can be packed and ready to go, almost instantly 😉 haha! Please ask for details based on your circumstance regarding travel fees. Travel fees will be discussed for any wedding 30 miles outside of Grove City, Ohio.
Who is your second photographer?
She is fantastic! Always thinking outside of the box, and I love her for that! Her name? Tasha, of Tasha Braniff Photography. We have found that we work amazingly together as a team. She reads my mind and I read hers. I love working with her, and you will too!
How long until we see our images?
Ummm usually about 4-6 weeks depending on the season. It will be worth the wait though, I promise! You will receive an online gallery for 30 days of all of your images . Typically, I always blog about your wedding and show a few of my favorites beforehand. As well as post a few on Facebook. As always you are allowed to tag away and show your gorgeousness to the entire Facebook world! However, I just ask that you do not crop, copy or alter images in any way. They are strictly for facebook use only.
Will we get a disc with our images?
A disc of your images comes with the Grand collection, otherwise may be purchased separately. A print release will come with your disc as well. The print release is to do exactly that… print! Although Sarah Shambaugh Photo will retain all rights to the photos, you may reproduce in any way you’d like! But pleasssseee do not alter any images. That would make me so sad! 🙁
What are your prices?
Please contact me for a detailed collection price list. Wedding collections begin at 2200.
Do you accept cash, check or credit?
hmmmm… typically only cash and check for now. Credit, MAY be an option… Just ask! 😉
Can we make payments?
Well yes! Of course! With the exception of your deposit. That MUST be paid in full on the day of booking your wedding. Your wedding date is not set in stone until your deposit has been paid. 25% of your collection is due on that day. The rest may be paid in increments or in full, but must be paid completely at least 14 days before your wedding day. We will meet to discuss final details two weeks prior to the wedding and collect the remaining balance then, if any!
What can we expect on the day of?
Timing is everything. Schedule is key! We will sit down to discuss a detailed timeline of your day. No matter WHO you hire as your wedding photographer, PLEASE be sure to allow for enough time for photos.
What can we expect while working with you?
One word. FUN! Don’t be surprised if we bust a few moves on the dance floor at the reception. Or make you sing your ABC’S during group shots 😉 It gets EVERYONE laughing, I promise. Laughter is GOOD! It is a must! I think we are pretty fabulous to work with, if I do say so myself. and I promise you a good time, you will never ever forget!
See! It’s pretty simple, if you have any other questions I haven’t already answered give me a ring orrrrr shoot me an email. Whatever is easiest!
Cheers!
