Momma Ash is one of my best friends. I was honored to be there and play such a huge part in such a sweet memory. Ashley had a scheduled C-section, so of course we had high hopes of the anesthesiologists letting a second person and photographer in the OR during the birth. Go figure, they weren’t having it that day. Bummer! So I sent Daddy Chris in with my second camera and I must say, he did such a good job! I set it to auto for him, gave a quick little run down, and wah la! He’s now a pro 😉
We waited for what seemed like foreverrrr! Finally Daddy came to the waiting room where big sisters Annabelle and Stella, were waiting ever so patiently. 😉 Between puzzles and movies on the ipad, beating grandpa up with balloons, and riding up and down the halls in a wheelchair (lol). They were SO ready to meet Gigi and of course, see Mommy… after she was able to lift her butt off of the bed, right Chris?!
More family arrived… we watched Gigi get weighed and watched her get her first bath… Annabelle was such a concerned big Sister…
“Why her naked Daddy?! Why she don’t have any clothes on?!”
haha! Love it.
Congrats Kurowski family! She is precious beyond words. We’re so happy for all of you!
